You will have the opportunity to attend 3 different workshops over the 2 days. Each session will allow you to choose one of 4 different workshops. Some of the more popular sessions will be repeated.

The workshops will provide a balanced mix of expert speakers and young women’s perspectives on the issues/topics:
Information Session:
New Normal
This information session will look at topics relating to survivorship and its associated issues, including long term and newly diagnosed experiences; Coping with the associated issues and impact of treatment

Sexuality
A hands-on session covering a range of topics: single girl and breast cancer; impact on long term relationships; body image: same sex relationship

Dealing With Children
This information session will focus on the issues around raising & coping with children during the breast cancer trajectory.

Connecting Young Women
This session has a three-fold purpose: It provides the opportunity to find out about programs and groups that represent the needs of young women and discover how they might tap into these services. And also provide the opportunity to engage in discourse that might help identify the gaps and set recommendations that aim to create better outcomes for young women.
