Changing Gears 2005 is a global adventure with one week rides in the United Kingdom, United States and Australia. Participants arrive three days early for practice rides before setting out on the adventure of a lifetime!

Day 5 - Monterey to Palo Alto (via Santa Cruz and San Jose)
Day 6 - Palo Alto to San Rafael (via Walnut Creek and Vallejo)
Day 7 - San Rafael to Rohnert Park (via Healdsburg and Guerneville)
Day 8 - Rohnert Park to San Francisco (via Sonoma)
